NHTV accepts programs from residents of the Town of North Haven, as well as employees who work in North Haven. Additionally, NHTV does accept programs from producers within the seven (7) town Comcast system in South Central Connecticut, which includes the towns of Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Madison, North Branford, North Haven and Wallingford.
NHTV accepts programs from producers outside the area if producer has an "in-franchise" sponsor. Sometimes, depending on the program, NHTV itself may choose (at its sole discretion) to act as a sponsor of the program submitted from outside the franchise area.
Programs are accepted on DVD in DVD-R format, but must NOT have "chapters."
Programs are also accepted in MPEG-2 video format.
All DVD's must have program title and exact time to the second (examples: "59 minutes, 25 seconds" or ":00:59:25") indicated on the DVD.
