The NHTV Studio Control Room features all the equipment to easily produce a three-camera program, whether live or taped. Such equipment as a Panasonic WJMX70 and a Panasonic WJMX50 video switcher, both with chromakey, Videomedia Micron Edit Controller, ElectroVoice Audio Mixer and other equipment provide quality with ease-of-use. Caller-I.D. and a telephone "dump-switch" give technical staff firm control over live call-in programs. This room can also receive satellite feeds for use in program production. Both S-VHS, BETA and 3/4" U-Matic videotape recorders, as well as DVD recorders and DVD players, are in use in this room. An "IFB" system allows crew to easily communicate with on-camera talent.
